Sails is located right on the waterfront at McMahons Point, directly beside the ferry wharf.
The restaurant is just an 8-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay, and its location beside the wharf makes it easily accessible for both ferries and water taxis. Buses also run regularly through North Sydney to McMahons Point.
For those driving, street parking is available along Henry Lawson Avenue, Blues Point Road, and East Crescent Street (with pedestrian access via the steps down to the restaurant). While there are steps at the entry, wheelchair access is available via ramps, and accessible parking spaces can be found nearby.
