FAQs

Is there a cost to attend?

This is a complimentary, invitation-only event. There is no cost to register or attend.

Can I attend both sessions?

Each session offers a similar experience, so we recommend selecting the one that suits your schedule best. If you’d like to attend both, please contact us directly at events@srghospitality.com.au.

When does RSVP close?

RSVPs close at 5:00 PM on Wednesday 19 August 2026. We encourage you to register early as places are limited.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes — both sessions include a welcome drink on arrival and food throughout.

I have a dietary requirement — who should I let us know?

Please note your dietary requirements in the RSVP form. Our catering team will do their best to accommodate all needs.

I can no longer attend — what should I do?

We understand plans change. Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing events@srghospitality.com.au so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

Giveaway T&Cs

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Entry is open to guests who attend either the afternoon or evening event session.
One entry per person.
Two winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one (1) overnight stay for two people at The Langham Sydney.
Each prize includes dinner for two at The James, to enhance your stay at Langham. Valued at $300.
Prize is valid for Sunday–Thursday stays only and is subject to availability.
Blackout dates and other booking restrictions may apply.
Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Winners will be drawn after the event and contacted using the details provided during registration. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, a redraw may take place.
By entering, winners agree to the use of their name and/or image for promotional purposes relating to the giveaway, unless prohibited by law.
SRG Hospitality and The Langham Sydney reserve the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if required.
