Ripples Loyalty Program

Program Overview
The Ripples Loyalty Program rewards guests for visiting Ripples venues, with access- and recognition-based perks rather than discounts. Status is based on the number of visits a guest makes across participating Ripples venues within a rolling 365-day period.

Participating Venues
The program currently applies to:
- Ripples Chowder Bay
- Ripples Rose Bay
- Ripples Little Manly
Additional Ripples venues may be added to the program in future.

Tier Structure
Tier 1 — Local Threshold (rolling 365 days): 4+ visits Perks: Complimentary BYO corkage; 1 week's early access to major event bookings
Tier 2 — Regular Threshold (rolling 365 days): 8+ visits Perks: Everything in Tier 1, plus a complimentary house spritz every visit
Tier 3 — Insider Threshold (rolling 365 days): 12+ visits Perks: Everything in Tier 2, plus a $150 quarterly dining voucher and a Christmas hamper

How It Works

Eligibility & Enrolment

- Enrolment is automatic. There is no sign-up form or membership card.
- To have a visit counted, guests must book under the same profile each time — the same email address or phone number.
- Status is calculated on a rolling 365-day basis, not a calendar year and not fixed from the date of a guest's first visit. A guest's tier is continuously reassessed based on their visits over the trailing 12 months.
- Guests will be notified by email when they reach a new tier.
- The program is open to guests aged 18 and over. Guests must comply with responsible service of alcohol requirements to receive any alcohol-related perk.

Terms & Conditions

BYO Corkage Waiver (Tier 1+)
One (1) complimentary BYO bottle per table, per visit.
Capped at one bottle regardless of party size; standard corkage fees apply to any additional bottles.
Guests must be 18+ and comply with responsible service of alcohol.

Complimentary House Spritz (Tier 2+)
Available on à la carte bookings only. Group bookings do not qualify for this perk.
A booking is considered à la carte up to the following party size, per venue; bookings above this size are treated as group bookings and do not qualify:
- Ripples Rose Bay: up to 9 guests
- Ripples Chowder Bay: up to 12 guests
- Ripples Little Manly: up to 10 guests
Guests must be 18+ and comply with responsible service of alcohol.

Early Access to Major Events (Tier 1+)
Applies to major event bookings (e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve, Melbourne Cup).
Eligible guests receive a dedicated early-access booking link or notification approximately 7 days ahead of general public release.
Subject to availability.

$150 Quarterly Dining Voucher (Tier 3)
Issued quarterly to guests holding Tier 3 status at the time of issue.
Valid only at participating Ripples venues.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

Christmas Hamper (Tier 3)
Issued in December to guests holding Tier 3 status at that time.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

General Conditions
This program is not a spend-based rewards scheme; perks are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted for an alternative item.
SRG Hospitality reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Ripples Loyalty Program, or any of its perks, at any time and without prior notice.
SRG Hospitality reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a perk where misuse or abuse of the program is suspected.
SRG Hospitality reserves the right to remove a guest from the program at its discretion.
All decisions made by SRG Hospitality in relation to this program are final.
Perks are subject to venue availability.

Your Information
Enrolment in this program relies on guest profile and visit data collected through our booking system (SevenRooms), matched by email address or phone number. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
