About the Role
As Breakfast Supervisor, you will lead the morning service, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. You’ll oversee the front of house team, coordinate service flow, and uphold the high standards expected of both The Langham brand and SRG Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the breakfast service team
- Always ensure exceptional guest service
- Coordinate daily operations, including staff allocation and service flow
- Train and support team members to maintain high performance
- Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety standards
About You
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Well-presented, reliable, and proactive
