Competition Terms & Conditions

The Nielsen “Aperol Spritz Summer Giveaway”

Winner: Lloyd K. Competition drawn on 24th December 2025 at 12:22pm.

1. Promoter
The promoter is Sydney Restaurant Group Pty Ltd (ABN 98 164 374 369) of Level 1, 163 Eastern Valley Way, Middle Cove NSW 2068.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 9:00am on Friday 19th December and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 21st December (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must during the Promotional Period:
Purchase an Aperol Spritz from any outlet at The Nielsen, located at Fig Tree Rd, Vaucluse NSW 2030, excluding events or private functions; and
Provide their name, email address, and contact number at the point of sale or via the provided entry form/QR code.
One entry will be allocated per eligible purchase. Multiple entries are permitted provided each entry meets the above criteria.

5. Prize Details
There is one (1) prize to be won, consisting of:
$1,500 event credit to be used towards the winner’s next event booking at The Nielsen (subject to venue availability and standard booking terms); and
$500 dining voucher valid for use across the following participating SRG Hospitality venues:
Akti, Woolloomooloo
Summer Salt, Cronulla
Ripples Chowder Bay, Mosman
Ripples Little Manly, Manly
Total prize pool value: $2,000 (AUD).

6. Prize Conditions
The $1,500 event credit is redeemable towards venue hire, food, and beverage at The Nielsen only, subject to a confirmed booking and standard event terms. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The $500 dining voucher will be issued as an SRG Hospitality gift voucher and is valid for 36 months from the date of issue but cannot be redeemed before Monday, 2 March 2026.
The voucher must be redeemed at one of the participating venues listed above and may be used in multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.
No activation or service fees apply.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers.
The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be drawn at random at Sydney Restaurant Group Pty Ltd, Level 1, 163 Eastern Valley Way, Middle Cove NSW 2068, on Wednesday 24th December.
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
The winner’s name will be published on srghospitality.com.au / @srghospitality & @thenielsen_au within five (5) business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. General Conditions
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is conditional upon the purchase of alcohol, and the Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol. This promotion must not be used to encourage excessive or irresponsible consumption.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

9. Privacy
Personal information provided by entrants will be collected by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and, unless otherwise advised, may be used to send promotional materials about SRG Hospitality. Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.srghospitality.com.au/privacy-policy.

10. Permit
A trade promotion permit is not required for this promotion in New South Wales as the total prize pool value does not exceed $10,000, in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW).

25 Years of SRG Competition

Competition drawn on 6th of February 2026 at 2:00pm.

1. General Information
Information on how to enter and details of the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, along with agencies associated with this promotion, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, de facto partner, child or stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, stepsibling or first cousin.

2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 12:00am AEDT on 5 January 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 29 January 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must dine at any participating SRG Hospitality venue during the Promotional Period and meet one of the following criteria:

Bookable venues:
Make a booking through the official “25 Years of SRG” campaign widget. Each completed booking equals one (1) automatic entry.

Non-bookable venues:
• The Nielsen Kiosk: Spend $25 or more in a single transaction to receive one (1) entry.
• Budgewoi Hotel Bistro: Spend $25 or more in a single transaction to receive one (1) entry.
• Ripples Maritime Museum: Spend $25 or more in a single transaction to receive one (1) entry.

Each qualifying transaction over $25 counts as one (1) entry per person, per day. Multiple valid transactions made by the same entrant on the same day at non-bookable venues will be accepted as separate entries.

Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be invalid.

By entering, individuals agree to receive updates, invitations and promotional offers from SRG Hospitality and its venues. Entrants will be added to the SRG Hospitality database and may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Prizes
There are four (4) prizes to be won:

First Prize: Weekend luxury escape (e.g. qualia, Hamilton Island or equivalent) valued at $8,000.
Second Prize: Two-night stay at The Langham, Sydney with breakfast, valued at $2,500.
Third Prize: Aktì Long Lunch Experience for four (4) guests valued at $500.
Fourth Prize: Dining experience for two (2) guests at Ormeggio valued at $450.

Total prize pool value is approximately $11,450 (AUD).
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. All prizes are subject to availability, supplier conditions and blackout periods. Prizes must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of notification unless stated otherwise.

5. Draw and Winner Notification
The draw will occur at SRG Hospitality Head Office, Level 1, 163 Eastern Valley Way, Middle Cove NSW 2068, on Friday 7 February 2026.

The Promoter may draw reserve entries to be used if an ineligible or invalid entry is selected.

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw. Winner names will be published through the SRG Hospitality newsletter, the website (www.srghospitality.com.au) and SRG social media channels. The Promoter’s decision is final.

6. Prize Conditions
All travel, accommodation and dining components are subject to availability, supplier terms and blackout dates. Additional prize-specific conditions apply as follows:

7. Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter may verify entries and entrant details (identity, age, address). Entries may be disqualified if they are incomplete, tampered with or not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may determine the entrant’s identity at its sole discretion.

8. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If a prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months, a redraw will take place at the same location on Friday 8 May 2026. The redraw winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days.

9. Liability
Except for any liability which cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage arising from:
(a) technical issues or equipment malfunction;
(b) theft, unauthorised access or interference;
(c) late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries;
(d) variation in prize value;
(e) tax implications; or
(f) participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

10. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may disclose it to service providers, contractors, prize suppliers and regulators. Entry is conditional on providing this information.

Unless opted out, entrants consent to their information being used for promotional and marketing purposes, including email communications. Entrants may opt out at any time. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
