About the Role:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes across different venues within the group
- Manage a designated section of the kitchen with consistency and efficiency
- Support Head Chefs and Sous Chefs in daily operations
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Adapt to different menus, kitchen styles, and service demands
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
- Ability to work across multiple venues as required
- A positive attitude and strong team ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
