About the Role
As a Bartender at SRG Hospitality, you’ll be at the heart of the venue—mixing, pouring, and engaging with guests to deliver an exceptional bar experience. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone and ensuring every guest leaves impressed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Provide friendly, efficient, and engaging customer service
- Maintain strong knowledge of drink menus and make recommendations
- Ensure the bar is clean, stocked, and well-organised at all times
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with floor and kitchen staff

- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced venue
- Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for the craft
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
